Do the plans include domain registration?

Domain registration is not included in any plan, but we handle all DNS configuration and management for you. Register your domain with any registrar of your choice — we take care of the rest.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrades are effective immediately and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Any price difference is prorated accordingly.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept bank transfers, major credit cards, and select digital wallets. For Scale and custom engagements, we also accommodate invoiced net-30 billing.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

Starter and Growth plans include a one-time onboarding fee that covers server provisioning, initial configuration, and project kickoff. Scale engagements are scoped individually — no hidden fees.

What happens if I exceed my plan's resource limits?

We'll notify you before you hit any hard limits. You won't experience sudden downtime — we'll work with you to right-size your infrastructure by upgrading your plan or adding the exact resources you need.
