DIGIHOST LEGAL

Service Agreement

The terms for using DIGIHOST accounts, domain-order services, DNS management, and related support.

Agreement and operator

This agreement is between you and PT Digi Karya Harmoni, at U.S. office: 17667 WHITE OAK, CHOCTAW, OK 73020-6945, United States. Indonesia branch: Gudang, Paninggaran, Kec. Paninggaran, Kabupaten Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah 51164, Indonesia. By accepting this agreement when registering or ordering, you agree to these terms and the service-specific policies presented with your order. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it.

Your account

Provide accurate details, maintain a current email address, and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for authorized activity through your account and should report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Email verification is required for purchases and domain management. Security checks may be required for sensitive actions.

What DIGIHOST provides

DIGIHOST offers domain search, registration-order processing, account balance, order tracking, activation, DNS management for eligible domains, and support. Availability and price are checked when an order is created. Website hosting, website building, and email mailboxes are not included in a domain purchase unless expressly stated in the order.

Orders and fulfillment

Adding a name to a cart or seeing an available result does not reserve or register it. A pending order or successful payment is not a guarantee that registration has completed. Our team processes paid orders, and activation instructions are sent after completion. If a registration cannot be completed, contact support for resolution under the payment and refund policy and your applicable rights.

Prices, currency, and payments

Review the amount, currency, registration period, and available payment method before confirming. Displayed currency conversions use the rate configured in DIGIHOST; your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or charges. Balance is prepaid value for eligible DIGIHOST purchases. It is not a bank deposit. Renewals and optional services may have separate prices.

Your responsibilities

Keep registrant information accurate, respond to verification requests, renew domains before applicable deadlines, and ensure your selected domain and use do not infringe others’ rights. You are responsible for the content or services connected to your domain and for reviewing DNS changes before saving them.

Security, acceptable use, and suspension

Do not use DIGIHOST for unlawful activity, phishing, malware, fraud, unauthorized access, or abuse of the service. We may restrict access or an affected service when reasonably necessary to address a security threat, suspected misuse, a legal requirement, or a registrar requirement. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice and a route to support.

Third-party services

Registrars, registries, payment providers, and infrastructure providers apply their own rules to their services. Domain registrations are also subject to applicable registry policies, registrar terms, and dispute-resolution rules. DIGIHOST does not promise a payment method, extension, transfer, or registrar action will always be available.

Availability and limits

We aim to provide reliable service, but interruptions, maintenance, DNS propagation delays, and third-party failures may occur. No uptime or registration-completion guarantee is created by this agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending services and disputes

You can stop using the service and request account closure through support. Domain expiry, transfer, unpaid orders, active disputes, legal obligations, and required records may affect what can be closed or removed immediately. Contact support first to discuss a concern. Any mandatory consumer protections and applicable dispute-resolution rights remain available.

Updates

We may update these terms for changes to the service or legal requirements. The applicable edition and any specific terms shown for your order govern that order, subject to mandatory law. Material changes affecting ongoing services will be communicated where required.
