Important information before you order, activate, renew, or configure a domain.

Search results and availability
Search checks supported names with our provider. Results can change before registration. Premium, unsupported, reserved, or unverified domains cannot be ordered through the standard flow. A cart is not a reservation, and an order reference is not proof of registry registration.
Registrant information
Provide complete, accurate registrant information and maintain it while holding the domain. The registrar or registry may require verification or additional information. Failure to respond or maintain accurate details may result in restrictions, suspension, or cancellation under the applicable rules.
Payment, registration, and activation
Payment is confirmed separately from registration. Our team completes registration and sends activation instructions after the domain is ready. Redeem the activation code with the account associated with the order. Activation codes are account-bound, time-limited, and intended for one-time use. Do not share them.
DNS and nameservers
Activated domains can use supported DNS management features in DIGIHOST. Registrations managed through Cloudflare are subject to Cloudflare’s registrar and nameserver requirements. Verify whether these requirements suit your hosting provider before ordering. A DNS record change can interrupt a website or email service if incorrect; propagation and resolver caching may delay visibility.
Renewal and expiry
Track the expiry date and review renewal options before expiration. Prices, allowed terms, renewal windows, and restoration options vary by extension and registrar. Reminders do not guarantee renewal, and an auto-renew preference is not proof of a successful renewal. Expired domains may stop resolving and may become unavailable to recover.
Transfers and registration disputes
Transfers may be subject to registry rules, registrar locks, verification, and eligibility restrictions. Contact support to confirm the available process for your domain. Trademark and domain disputes may be governed by applicable ICANN, registry, or registrar procedures. Ordering a name does not grant trademark rights.
