DIGIHOST LEGAL

Acceptable Use Policy

Rules that help keep DIGIHOST and the domains managed through it safe.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service to distribute malware, steal credentials, conduct phishing or fraud, facilitate unlawful activity, infringe intellectual-property rights, or unlawfully collect or expose personal information. Do not impersonate another person or business to deceive others.

Platform abuse

Do not bypass authentication or security checks, access accounts or domains you do not control, test other users’ systems without authorization, exploit vulnerabilities, or overload the service through abusive automated searches or requests. Public search is intended for reasonable domain discovery, not bulk harvesting.

Your connected services

You are responsible for content and services associated with your domains and for ensuring they comply with applicable law, registrar and registry requirements, and this policy. Using an external hosting or email provider does not remove those responsibilities.

Reports and response

Report suspected abuse or a security concern through support. Provide relevant domain names, order references if applicable, and a concise description; avoid including unnecessary personal or confidential data. We may investigate, seek clarification, restrict affected functionality, or comply with lawful requests and provider requirements.

Review

If you believe a restriction was applied in error, contact support for review. We may preserve relevant records when needed for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
